Apprehending arrest in connection with Narkeldanga Police Station Case No. 313 dated 06.12.2020 under Sections 135/138 of the Electricity Act, 2003, the petitioner has filed the instant application for anticipatory bail.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that his client does not intend to press this application.
