According to the petitioner, she lost the Admit Card in transit on 2nd January, 2022 and lodged a complaint before the Bishnupur Police Station on 3rd January, 2022. The petitioner applied before the West Bengal Board of Primary Education on 4th February, 2022 praying for issuance of the duplicate Admit Card. The said letter was sent through post and the same was delivered in the office of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education on 7th February, 2022.

The petitioner's representation is yet to be answered by the respondents.

As it appears that the prayer of the petitioner for issuance of duplicate Admit Card of TET,

examination, 2014 is pending consideration at the end of the respondent Board, accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to consider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of duplicate Admit Card for TET, 2014 examination bearing No. 160119324. Necessary steps shall be taken in the matter within six weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order. The Secretary of the Board shall intimate the fate of the application to the petitioner immediately thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photo copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
