The present revision of the year 2020 has been preferred against an order No.4 dated 15.11.2019 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Durgapur in connection with Criminal Appeal No.18 of 2019 thereby affirming the order No.15 dated 22.04.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Durgapur in connection with Misc. Case No.254 of 2017 under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected application stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
