Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioners was rejected on merits in May, 2022. Trial is in progress.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.

Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
