1. It is submitted by the Counsel for the applicant that the order dated 12th June, 2024 passed by this Court has since been complied with by the alleged contemnors.

2. A photostat copy of the Pension Payment Order issued in favour of the petitioner by the alleged contemnors is kept with the record.

3. In view of the aforesaid, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this contempt application. The instant contempt application shall stand disposed of.

4. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

5. There will be no order as to costs.
