This revisional application has been filed against an order dated September 26, 2025 passed on an application under Section 94(c) read with Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 6th Court at Howrah in Title Suit No. 1411 of 2025.

An order passed on an application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code is appealable under Order XLIII Rule1(r) of the Code. Accordingly, this revisional application is not maintainable.

C.O. 642 of 2026 is dismissed.

The petitioners shall be at liberty to take back the certified copy of the order upon furnishing a photostat copy thereof duly countersigned by the learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioners.

The petitioner be at liberty to take appropriate steps against the order impugned in accordance with law, if so advised.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
