Three other dates, previously fixed already, went adjourned for the non appearance of the petitioner. The instant revisional application is relatable to year 2011, in which a direction to secure expeditious trial of M.P.Case No.611 of 2010 under Section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, said to be pending before the learned Executive Magistrate, Basirhat, North 24 Parganas, is sought for.

The petitioner has lost his interest over this case. No use of getting this matter listed any more. The revisional application being CRR 540 of 2011, accordingly stands dismissed for default.

The department is directed to send a copy of this order within one week from the date to the concerned Executive Magistrate for information.

Urgent Xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
