The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings relating to Purulia (Town) Police Station Case No. 62 dated 16.6.2005 under Section 465/468/470/471/420/120B of the IPC pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court Purulia. Records of the revisional application reflect that the petitioner approached this Court after the charge was framed by the learned Trial Court. However, the revisional application fails to make out any case except some facts being pointed out for consideration of the Court regarding the anomaly.

I have considered the grounds referred in the revisioinal application and I am of the opinion that the same can be canvassed in course of the trial and at the final stage of the argument of the case. No interference as such is called for at this stage. As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Anowar Hossain along with his junior Ms. Sujata Das, learned advocates who ordinarily

appear for the State, are directed to appear in this matter. Their appointment may be regularized by the concerned authority. Thus, the application being C.R.R. 204 of 2014 is dismissed. All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
