It is jointly submitted by the learned advocate for the parties that the matrimonial suit being Matrimonial Suit No. 15 of 2014 and the counterclaim thereto have already been dismissed as infructuous by the learned Trial Judge vide order dated August 23, 2021.

Mr. Dasgupta, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner, files a photocopy of the said order which is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid development the present revisional application cannot survive as it is directed against an order passed in a misc. case being Misc. Case No. 06 of 2014 for alimony pendente lite connected with the said matrimonial suit.

C.O. 531 of 2019 is therefore dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
