Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of directions passed in WPA 4200 of 2023 as well as in CPAN 1676 of 2023, the private respondents have been carrying out their business in violation of the Court's order.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that on August, 2024 licence has been granted by the West Bengal Pollution Control Board. Petitioner primarily did not lodge any complaint with the police authorities in close proximity of time before preferring the present writ petition, as such, the present writ petition lacks any cause of action calling for interference by this Court.

If the petitioner submits any representation before the police authorities, the same would be considered in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 4151 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
