The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings of Nimta Police Station Case No. 148 of 2010 dated 7.9.2010 arising out of complaint case being M.P. Case No. 107 of 2010 (G.R. No. 3183 of 2010).

The allegations are under the provision of cheating, criminal breach of trust and assault. The stage at which the petitioner approached this Court was when the investigation of the case was pending.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms. Baisali Basu, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to appear in this matter. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authority.

The contents of the revisional application relate to certain allegations of facts and certain photostat copies of documents which cannot be relied on by a Court of Law when an investigation of the case is under progress.

Thus no interference is called for.

Accordingly, the application being C.R.R. 205 of 2014 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
