Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the investigation in relation to Patrasayer Police Station Case No.233 of 2024 is not proceeding and/or progressing.

Report has been submitted by the State.

Report reflects that the police authorities have registered the case.

However, the complainant/petitioner did not go to the police station to expedite the process.

Since the subject matter of the case relates to accusations which are based on documents until and unless specific documents are handed over, it would be difficult for the police authorities to proceed with the investigation. Petitioner/complainant will co-

operate with the investigating agency.

The investigating agency will put in efforts and take the investigation to its logical conclusion.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 4157 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
