Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the quantum of recovery in the present case is 28.537 kgs of ganja. Petitioner is in custody for 94 days.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Be that as it may, the investigation of the case is still in progress. Accordingly, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail.

Petitioners will renew their prayer for bail after the chargesheet is submitted before the jurisdictional Court. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioners in CRM (NDPS) 355 of 2026 is dismissed.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
