This revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the Matrimonial Suit No. 232 of 2016.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that specific order may be promulgated for early disposal of the Matrimonial Suit. I am of the opinion that prayer of this revisional application does not demand any notice to be served upon the opposite parties.

Service upon the opposite parities is thus dispensed with.

Considering the period of pendency I request to the learned Additional District Judge, 6th Court, Barasat to dispose of the Matrimonial Suit No. 232 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment.

Learned advocate on behalf of the petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the learned Additional District Judge 6th Court, Barasat and as well as the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the

opposite party before the Trial Court.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
