Appeal is directed against the order refusing to grant interim injunction. At the time of admission of order dated February 15, 2021 this Court directed that the respondent nos. 1 to 5 are restrained from making any construction or further construction or changing the nature and character of the suit premises or alienating, transferring and/or encumbering the same in favour of a third party. The injunction application is pending consideration before the trial Court. Under such circumstances, upon consent of the parties, we direct interim order granted by this Court on February 15, 2021, shall continue till the disposal of the injunction application before the trial Court.

Trial Court is requested to dispose of the injunction application as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of communication without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the

parties. However, this order shall not be construed as an expression of opinion with regard to the merits of the case in any manner whatsoever.
