Ms. Dutta, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that this writ petition was preferred praying for direction upon the respondents to allow the writ petitioner to participate in the interview scheduled to be held on 17th February, 2008 for filling up of the post of Junior Library Attendant. She submits that the interview had already been held and hence nothing subsists in this matter.

In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of without any costs.
