Petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as they are unable to enjoy the property.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report.

It has been contended that till date a formal complaint has not been submitted with the police authorities.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that the writ petition is not maintainable. Having considered the insecurity expressed by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners, the Officer-in-Charge, Mandarmoni Coastal Police Station is directed to keep a strict vigil and to ensure that no breach of the peace takes place and/or any

untoward incident results because of the present relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 4142 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
