Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed on being selected in 1st SLST 2016 (class IX & X), By presenting this writ petition petitioner seeks transfer from present school to another school.

It is also submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that the entire selection process of 1st SLST 2016 (classes IX, X, XI & XII) has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. In view of pendency of the issue before the Hon'ble Supreme Court at this stage no order need be passed. The writ petition stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law for transfer if situation so arises in future.
