Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner was granted bail by an order dated 26th February, 2025, he was directed not to enter within the jurisdiction of the District of Howrah and he was further directed to meet the O.C/I.C. of the concerned police station where he will reside once in a week until further order.

Petitioner also submits that he has complied the said order by attending Chinsurah Police Station within whose jurisdiction he resides. Accordingly, he prays for relaxation of conditions of bail.

Having heard learned counsel for both the parties, let the bail order passed by this court vide order dated 26th February, 2025 is hereby modified as follows:- "the Petitioner henceforth shall meet to the O.C/I.C of the concerned police station once in a month in place of once in a

week until further order and he will not enter within geographic limit of Howrah District without the leave of the trial court". The order dated 26th February, 2025 is modified to that extent only. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

CRAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
