1. In the Order dated November 6, 2024, it was recorded that the appellants have been consistently absent when the matter was called on for hearing. The matter was adjourned on the said date as a last chance to the appellants to appear and argue the matter under Order XLI Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure. However, even today, at the time of call, none appears for the appellants.

2. Accordingly, SAT 55 of 2020 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.
