Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there are formal defects in the instant revisional application. As such he prays for leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh.

In view thereof, the revisional application being C.O.560 of 2024 is dismissed with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action.
