The Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation Limited (CESC) submits that if the petitioner deposits the final assessment amount of Rs.

1,628/- along with the reconnection charge, the petitioner's electricity line will be restored.

The petitioner undertakes to deposit the specified amount within seven days from the date of this order. It is hereby clarified that if the amount is deposited within seven days, the petitioner's electricity line shall be restored.

At the request of the learned advocate appearing for CESC, it is further clarified that this order pertains solely to the petitioner.

Accordingly, WPA 4144 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied

for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
