Mr. Timir Baran Saha Mr. Sudip Sarkar ... for the Petitioner Mr. Sanghamitra Nandy Mr. Bhaskar Chakraborty ... for the State The Commissioner of School Education by a communicating Memo dated 8th April, 2022 has intimated the Headmistress of Burdwan Municipal Girls' High School that at the time of consideration of the teachers of the school for constitution of the Managing Committee, teachers of both Primary and Secondary Sections have to be considered.

The Headmistress have been requested to do the needful arrangement for representation of primary teachers in the School Managing Committee, Staff Council and Academic Council at the earliest and send a report to the Directorate.

In view of the aforesaid communication, the grievance of the petitioner that the teachers of the Primary Section are not being permitted to participate

in the election of the Managing Committee of the School has been taken care of.

Accordingly, no further order is required to be passed in the instant writ petition.

Communicating letter of the Commissioner of School Education dated 8th April, 2022 be retained with the records.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
