2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties have submitted that the proceeding involved in this revisional application has already been withdrawn and Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate dismissed the same as withdrawn.

3. In support of the submission made on behalf of learned advocate appearing for the opposite party, one certified copy of the order is filed before this court and the same be kept with the record.

4. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 686 of 2024 stands dismissed being infructuous.
