It appears from the said affidavit of compliance that alleged contemnor has approved the appointment of organizing teaching and non-teaching staff of the school with effect from 6th February, 2013 by issuing memo dated 20th February, 2023.

It appears that the order of the coordinate Bench has been complied with.

Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of and the contempt proceedings stand dropped.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
