Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the case the private respondents have demolished the illegal construction and, therefore, the petitioner has no grievance left.

In view of the reason assigned by learned Counsel for the petitioner with a specific submission that Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has rendered infructuous, we deem it proper to dismiss the PIL having rendered infructuous. We order accordingly.
