It is contended that local witnesses have not yet been examined.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is away from his residence for more than three years. He cannot be kept away from his residence for an indefinite period of time and any apprehension with regard to winning over witnesses requires to be addressed through other means.

Under such circumstances, conditions of bail imposed upon the petitioner, that is, not to enter the jurisdiction of Tangra P.S except for attending court proceeding is waived. However, he shall meet Officer in Charge of Tangra P.S once in a week until further orders.

Other conditions of bail shall continue.

Accordingly, the application for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 2 of 2022 is disposed of.
