It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that transfer orders have finally been issued after the school processed the petitioner's application. The Board shall issue order of transfer on recommendation already made by the SSC and HOI shall release the petitioner's application immediately thereafter.

In view of the above, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no orders as to costs.
