We have considered the materials on record.

Investigation reveals complicity of the petitioner in dealing in narcotics i.e. 1.2 kgs. of Heroin which is above commercial quantity. Petitioner had absconded and was not available at the time of interrogation. Custodial interrogation for progress of investigation is necessary. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
