Counsel on behalf of the State is represented. Counsel on behalf of the Election Commission is also represented.

I direct the Election Commission to conduct the election of the respondent no.6-socierty within a period of three months from date. In conducting such election, the State and the police authorities will give all assistance to the Election Commission.

With the aforesaid directions, W.P.A. 4790 of 2021 stands disposed off.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
