For the State Considering the fact that police filed charge sheet and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the injury report of the victim and the statements of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.

four weeks from date and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Court on every date fixed for hearing.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed.
