I have considered two opinions which have been taken by the Investigating Agency relating to the cause of death of the deceased and, on an assessment of the same, I am of the view that the Investigating Agency would take the investigation to its logical conclusion.

If the petitioner is aggrieved in

respect of any part of the investigation, he would be at liberty to ventilate his grievance(s) before the learned jurisdictional Court under the relevant statutory provisions of law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 4193 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
