The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of getting a decree from the learned Civil Court, he is being restrained by the defendants from fencing the property.

To that effect, a representation was made before the police authorities.

The petitioner has also approached the Civil Court being T.S. 188 of 2015.

Earlier, there was a direction by a Co-ordinate Bench in respect of the status

quo order passed.

Since the learned Civil Court is already in seisin of the issues and there is a status quo order, the petitioner in order to implement such order would prefer appropriate application before the learned Civil Court for rendering police assistance.

If the learned civil court passes necessary directions for rendering police assistance, the police authorities would respect, obey and implement such order of the civil court.

In the meantime, the police authorities would ensure that there is no breach of the peace and tranquility taking place as also no untoward incident resulting from the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 4198 of 2024 is disposed of.

disposed of.
