Learned advocate representing the petitioner has raised grievance in connection with the selection process relating to 1st SLST 2016 (class XI & XII). It has been submitted by the learned advocate that the petitioner participated in the aforesaid selection process for being appointed as assistant teacher in higher secondary section in Computer Application. However, learned advocate representing the parties have jointly submitted that the entire selection process of 1st SLST 2016 (class IX, X, XI & XII) has been set aside by the

Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of pendency of the issue before the Hon'ble Supreme Court at this stage no order need be passed. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law in future if situation so arises.
