1. The contempt application has been filed by the petitioner for willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 16.10.2025.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 8.5.2026 the State respondents files a report from which it appears that the grievance of the writ petition has already been redressed.

3. This Court is satisfied that the direction passed in WPA 24181 of 2025 have been duly complied with.

4. Accordingly, there is no requirement of keeping the contempt application pending.

5. In view of the above and in the absence of willful or deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court the contempt proceeding initiated by W.P.C.R.C. 106 of 2026 stands dropped.

6. The appearance of Mr. Mohan Verma, Executive Officer, Panskura Block-1 is dispensed with.

7. The Rule if any, is discharged. All connected applications if any stands disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
