1. Contempt petition is taken up for consideration subsequent to the order dated September 2, 2024.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnors submits a report which be taken on record. It appears from such documents that, a sum of Rs. 15,97,258/- was credited to the salary account of the petitioner on September 13, 2024. Learned advocate for the petitioner on instruction submits that, such amount was not credited in the bank account of the petitioner. He also points out that, the quantum credited if at all needs to be checked.

3. Documents placed before us suggest that, the authorities calculated the entitlement of the petitioner and credited the bank account of the Signed By :

petitioner. So far as quantum is concerned, the petitioner may take appropriate steps before the appropriate forum.

4. Since the authorities complied with the order, we do not find any ground to continue with the contempt petition.

5. CPAN 159 of 2017 is disposed of accordingly.
