The present complaint case is pending since the year 2019. Records reflect that the accused persons till date have not appeared and the execution return in respect of the warrant is still pending. There are no reports being sent to the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 9th Court, Calcutta. The Deputy Commissioner of Police-in-Charge of Regent Park Police Station be directed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 9th Court, Calcutta to execute warrant of arrest through his counterpart or by sending team of police officers from Regent Park Police Station. A compliance report be submitted before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 9th Court, Calcutta on the next date so fixed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police. It has been informed that the next date is fixed on 8th March, 2024. Petitioner would communicate this order to the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 9th Court, Calcutta who is in seisin of the Complaint Case No.CS-27257 of 2019 and on 8.03.2024 would pass

necessary directions upon Deputy Commissioner of Police-inCharge, Regent Park Police Station. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 702 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
