Case diary as called for by the order dated March 9, 2022 is produced in Court.
Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the present police complaint is a counter blast to the earlier police complaint lodged by the petitioner. We considered both the case diaries.
In the present police case, there is a statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in relation to the allegations under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner as transpiring from the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the victim, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
