Learned counsel for the petitioners agrees to such contentions. Hence, the question of further challenge does not remain.

Accordingly, W.P.A. No. 4166 of 2023 is disposed of as infructuous without, however, any order as to costs.

The report filed on the previous occasion by the respondent no. 4 be kept on record.
