Trial court, although the case was instituted in the year 2022.

I have considered the plight expressed in the revisional application as well as the manner in which the ld. Magistrate has taken all efforts but could not dispose of the application for interim maintenance in connection with ACM 615 of 2022.

The ld. JM, 2nd Court, Alipore is hereby directed that the application for interim maintenance be disposed of without granting any further time on the next date so fixed or within a fortnight thereafter.

The ld. Trial court would be at liberty to fix as many number of dates but will not stretch the timeline which has been fixed by this court.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 694 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
