Petitioner is in custody for 585 days. He prays for bail. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Dying declaration of the housewife implicates the petitioner in her murder.

In view of the gravity of the offence and the prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
