Police complaint was lodged within five years of marriage.. Neighbours implicate that the petitioner before us in torturing the de facto complainant both physically and mentally. Neighbours also claimed that the de facto complainant used to inform them about such incident.

Considering such materials in the case diary we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
