The petitioner is aggrieved by alleged inaction into a complaint of breaking into her house and also a missing dog.

Counsel for the State submits that the Eco Park Police Station has registered an FIR and has investigated the matter and a charge sheet being CS No. 175 of 2021 dated July 31, 2021 has been filed. Apart from that, proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P.C. have been taken out in respect of the disputes between the petitioner and the private respondents.

The allegations of missing dog of the private respondents have not been substantiated.

In those circumstances, this Court does not find any inaction on the part of the Eco Park Police Station.

The Officer-in-Charge, Eco Park Police Station, shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

The instructions of the Eco Park Police Station dated 26.11.2022, addressed to the learned Government Pleader, is taken on record.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
