The writ petition has two main prayers. The first prayer is regarding the additional financial assistance of Rs.1,00,000/- towards payment for having been deployed with official function during the period of Covid-19. The said amount has been duly released in favour of the petitioner. The State respondent files a document showing the payment, which is retained with the record. The petitioner accepts receipt of such payment.

The other prayer is regarding a representation of the petitioner to be considered. The representation, which appears at pages 31-32 of the writ petition, relates to transfer of the petitioner. The petitioner by such representation dated 9th November, 2021 has requested the authority concerned to consider his transfer. The petitioner, has, however, joined at the transferred place.

Although, the issue of transfer relates to smooth administrative functionary and is interfered with only on a limited ground but the said representation, which requires to be disposed of appears to have not been disposed of as yet.

The respondent no.6, to whom the said representation has been addressed, shall dispose of the same by a reasoned order after giving the petitioner an opportunity of hearing, if necessary, within a period of six months from date.

Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. The same is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
