Since it has been submitted by learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank that the sale could not be effected due to insufficient number of bidders, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petitioner.

W.P.A.4175 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of in terms of the above.

Needless to say, the petitioners can approach the statutory forum available to them under the SARFAESI Act, 2002.
