1. Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record.

2. In spite of service, the School Authority is not represented.

3. The petitioner's application for transfer on self medical ground is pending consideration at the end of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Burdwan.

4. I direct District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Burdwan (respondent no. 5 herein) to take necessary steps to consider the application for transfer made by the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. Since the Chief Medical Officer of Health (in short "CMOH") has already conducted the medical test and verification. The concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) will deal with the transfer application taking into account the verification of the CMOH within a period of six weeks from the date of service of this order by the petitioner to the said D.I.(S.E.).

6. The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

7. Suspension of Utsashree portal will not stand in the way of the respondents from considering the application made by the petitioner.

8. With these observations, writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
