The petitioners seek a direction upon the State Authority to ensure that the petitioners have proper access to CESE meters and are supplied with KMC water.

The State is represented.

It appears from the records that two civil suits are pending. One of the civil suits is for eviction. Apparently, the petitioners are tenants and facing eviction proceedings. According to the petitioners, since the civil courts are not functioning, the petitioners are not able to obtain appropriate relief from the civil court.

The civil courts are open. The petitioners are at liberty to approach the civil court for appropriate relief. Since civil suits are pending, it would be inappropriate

to intervene under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

W.P.A. No. 4810 of 2021 is disposed of, accordingly.
