This matter is listed for correction of a typographical error which has been crept up in the order dated 18.12.2023. It is noticed that in the said order inadvertently the names of the opposite parties has been typed as 'Nanda Kishore Bhagat & Ors' in stead of name 'Nanda Kishore Bhagat (since deceased represented by Rajshree Chowrasia (Bhagat) & Ors'.

This mistake is apparent.

Let the correction be made accordingly.
