Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.
Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the widow of the victim. The petitioner was falsely implicated.
Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the suicide note of the victim and the statement of the son of the victim recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the suicide note of the victim and the statement of the son of the victim recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure implicating the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
C.R.M. (A) 1124 of 2022 is dismissed.
