Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that his client intends to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh in respect of selfsame subject dispute before the appropriate forum. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh proceeding on the selfsame cause of action before the appropriate authority.

The Assistant Court Officer is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order to the Advocate-onRecord of the petitioner upon replacement with photocopy thereof.
